PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

Thank you to all those that submitted their deposits on time! If you are still interested in attending the trip, please submit the $50.00 deposit and permission slip to Mrs. Bach or Ms. Sargent ASAP! Payments may be sent in with your child and given to their homeroom teacher or dropped off at the M.E.S.M.S. Main Office to the attention of Mrs. Bach or Ms. Sargent.  All payments are due on or before the due date.

We also want to remind students that summer is a great time to earn money to help cover the cost of their trip.    Some suggestions for student activities during the summer and in the fall are:

School:            FUNDRAISERS                                            SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2010

  • Avon sales will take place in the month of September. Profits earned will go into individual student accounts.
  • Cash Calendars will be sold in September.  Calendars will be sold at a cost of $10.00 per calendar. These calendars will award a winner from those who purchase calendars each day during the month of October, either a gift certificate or cash prize. The prizes range from $25.00 to $50.00 gift certificates or $25.00 to $100.00 cash prizes per day. If any individuals/businesses would like to contribute gift certificate prizes, please contact Mrs. Stephanie Holmes (sholmes@shschools.com).  Profits earned will go into individual student accounts (profit amount will be determined by the total number of calendars sold by the entire grade level minus expenses: student profits will range form $3.50-$7.00 per calendar sold).
